Purpose

To maintain a permanent record of the great horses, owners, and trainers who have been an integral part of the Northwest show scene, and to recognize and honor their accomplishments. The “Hall of Fame” is our history. Its members, (owners, trainers, horses, ponies) represent the best and brightest of the NWSA over the years. They deserve special recognition as an essential part of the NWSA story. The “Hall of Fame” was started on our 25th Anniversary in 1986. Over the years much information was lost on previous inductees. Lost information has been found and it is noted that many, many other great horses, ponies, trainers, and owners deserve recognition.

For the last four years a committee has been working diligently to reinstate this most important part of this history and select a number of great ones to induct. The committee thanks all who have contributed with names and background information. A most worthy project is back in place.
