Kentucky State Fair and World's Championship
The World’s Championship Horse Show is held annually in conjunction with the Kentucky State Fair and crowns world champion Saddlebreds, Hackney Ponies, and Road Horses in different divisions.
Horses compete in divisions including Three-Gaited, Five-Gaited, Fine Harness, Saddlebred Pleasure, Saddle Seat Equitation, Hackney/Harness Ponies, Roadster, In-Hand, and American Saddlebred. Each division includes several classes for amateurs, ladies, amateur ladies, and junior exhibitors, as well as younger horses and ponies. Horses or riders who win earn the title of world’s champion (abbreviated WC). A second place finish is given the title of reserve world’s champion (RWC). Horses may also earn the world’s grand championship (WGC) or world’s championship of champions (WCC) title.

Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show
Created in 1937, to help fund the Junior League's community works project, the horse show has grown to be the world's largest outdoor American Saddlebred show and the first leg of the Saddlebred "Triple Crown". Today, the show attracts approximately 1,000 world recognized competitors from the U.S. and Canada, has raised over four million dollars for charitable and civic organizations in Central Kentucky and generates over five million dollars in revenue for local merchants each summer. The Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show has truly made a tremendous impact in the Saddlebred industry as well as in our local community.

Silicon Valley Horse Show
Located in the beautiful Pleasanton foothills of the San Francisco Bay Area, the Silicon Valley Horse Show is one of the premier destinations on the West Coast circuit for Saddlebreds, Morgans, and Hackney Ponies and includes Open and Equitation classes as well.
Every year the show features most of the top horses from each breed and discipline, including multi-titled world and national champions. The show offers the perfect opportunity for owners, exhibitors and breed enthusiasts to show and watch some of the best in the west compete for blue ribbons and large cash prizes.
The show is located at the newly renovated Pleasanton Equestrian Center at the Alameda County Fairgrounds and is presented by the Northern California American Saddlebred Horse Association a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

The NWSA Fall Classic & Back to the Barns is held at the Oregon Horse Center in Eugene, Oregon. The 2023 dates is October 6th through the 8th. The judge is Brandi Bushard and the Manager is Lori Nelson. The NWSA is excited to welcome Curt Manufacturing as our lead sponsor and exclusive towing partner of the NWSA. Please show your support throughout the year by thinking of Curt and their family of brands when it comes to your towing and truck accessories needs.
Back to the Barns, the Aisle Party is October 7th, immediately following the evening performance.
The host hotel is the The Grand Hotel in Salem, and while the horse show room block ended on 9/4, they still have rooms available for $299 + tax. It’s a big weekend with University of Oregon move in and football, so we recommend booking your rooms now if you haven’t.
